The mini self-hypnosis sessions

The instant self-hypnosis method allows to enter the hypnotic state rapidly and reach deep hypnotic trance in seconds. You will be able to quickly enter deep hypnotic trance, perform the task, and leave it. With practice, you will be able to do it in less than a minute. When you master waking self-hypnosis, you will be able to do the same with open eyes.

This could be very useful for example for instant pain relief. Short self-hypnosis sessions in waking mode can be very useful in some emergency situations, when you quickly need to focus on the pain, remove it and continue with work. The example would be having cramps while driving, when you cannot stop.

This technique is especially beneficial in the situations when we need to focus and concentrate for a very long time. It is an excellent way to rest and quickly restore the energy level, so the focus and concentration needed for study or some other demanding mental work can be maintained for long hours. A two minutes self-hypnosis session combined with a few stretches and a few simple physical exercises is the most relaxing and refreshing break, restoring the power of the mind rapidly.

The mini self-hypnosis sessions are also very powerful performance boosters. My clients use them before exams, public speaking performances, sport competitions etc.

The applications of short self-hypnosis sessions are countless, and this is one of most useful skills in every situation.
