The beginners level workshops are open to the public and no previous
experience in hypnosis or hypnotherapy is required. Students learn the instant
self-hypnosis technique and the basic applications of self-hypnosis. The
practical nature of the workshops results not only in learning powerful
techniques, but in achieving full body and mind relaxation which deepens each
time the student enters the hypnotic state during the class.
 | One Day Self-Hypnosis for Study and Exams Workshop:
Students learn the instant self-hypnosis technique and the application of
self-hypnosis for study and exams, dealing with stress, and applying
hypnotic suggestions for confidence and motivation. Students are taught the
waking hypnosis for focus during study, and other effective studying skills.
At the end of the workshop students are relaxed, more confident, and
motivated about their study.

 | One Day Self-Hypnosis for Stress and Anxiety Workshop:
Students learn the instant self-hypnosis technique and the application of
self-hypnosis to deal with stress and anxiety. The special approach to deal
with worries and future fears is learned, allowing better sleep and a more
peaceful mind. The techniques are implemented during the workshop so
students are not only equipped with the tools for the future, they leave in
a lasting peaceful, relaxed state. |
All advanced self-hypnosis workshops are open to the public and they combine
private hypnotherapy sessions with the practical group workshop. Students learn
the instant self-hypnosis technique in a private session and they are required
to practice the basic self-hypnosis technique for some time before the workshop.
The workshops are mostly practical – students not only learn the
advanced techniques, but the techniques are applied to the particular situations
presented by the students, with immediate results. Students are given the course
notes for reference and homework exercises for practise. Students enter the
hypnotic state many times during the workshop, so they become more and more
relaxed during the day.

This workshop covers a broad range of hypnotherapy techniques like deepening
techniques, hypnotic suggestions, waking self-hypnosis, mini self-hypnosis
sessions, and basic understanding of awareness-raising techniques. The focus
in this workshop is on the practical application of the techniques for
building confidence and self-esteem needed for social interaction, public
speaking and other public performance achievements. The workshop
covers advanced hypnotherapy techniques to build self confidence and
self-esteem, to solve the issues associated with social anxiety and fear of
being criticised and judged. The special aspect of the class is to dissolve
the phobia of being at the centre of attention, the paralysing and illogical
fear of public performance. At the end of the workshop students feel not
only relaxed and calm but also confident and ready for the challenge – the
fear of public performance and social interactions is significantly reduced.

 | One Day Advanced Self-Hypnosis Workshop
for Wellbeing & Weight Management:
This workshop covers a broad range of hypnotherapy techniques like deepening
techniques, hypnotic suggestions, waking self-hypnosis, mini self-hypnosis
sessions, and basic understanding of awareness-raising techniques. The focus
in this workshop is on the practical application of the techniques for
achieving and maintaining a peaceful, relaxed mind and for creating balance
and wellbeing on the body level. You will be able to use the hypnotic
state to give yourself suggestions to address the specific areas of
physical wellbeing, especially for implementing natural,
healthy eating habits, maintaining healthy body weight and for
physical healing. You will also learn to use self-hypnosis for
meditation. This workshop is often a turning point for students. At the end
of the workshop students feel balanced and relaxed, connected with their
bodies and their inner self.

This advanced course is for my former clients who have
already been using self-hypnosis for some time and want to learn more
advanced techniques. The course is run weekly for four weeks in 1.5 hour
sessions. The cost is $290.00. The number of students in the class is 4-6. The
purpose of this course is to introduce a wide range of ideas and techniques and
to broaden the possible applications of self-hypnosis for the students who are
already using hypnosis on a daily basis.
Learning Outcomes: On completion of the course you
